Faster Bends Safety System
This system is ideal for small parts bending much faster and safer without using the foot pedal. The operator doesn’t need the press the foot pedal except that the beginning. The machine senses the operator out of the safety zone, and it will move down automatically.
There are various modes in the system developed according to customer needs. To explain briefly of using the Single Break mode of operation allows the operator to initiate down movement on the press brake by briefly obstructing the light guard protective field once, when this mode has been enabled. Also, using the Double Break mode of operation allows the operator to initiate down movement on the press brake by briefly obstructing the light guard protective field twice when this mode has been enabled.
