Croatian metal fabricator adds ERMAKSAN 6100 X 400 press brake
We have just installed a beautiful press brake for a customer who requires the utmost attention to details and functionality in heavy industry in Croatia. The company’s most recent investment was an Ermaksan Speed-Bend 6100 X 400 Ton press brake equipped with special options.
We provided a customized solution with its modern and functional design according to the customer's request in Croatia. So, we have produced their special 400 ton by 6-meter press brake to meet all the needs of professionals in the heavy industry.
This particular machine was equipped with 6 axis (Y1-Y2 and X-R-Z1-Z2 back gauge axis) and 375 mm high stroke, 650 mm daylight and 510 mm throat depth. The machine has special type bottom and top tools that are capable to bend special materials.
Crowning system of the machine was motorised crowning and the controller was Delem DA-66T 2D graphical controller with Delem 3D visualization software. Safety was at maximum level on this special brake that front protection was Akas (side cage and switch) and rear prtotection was Leuze MLC 510.
