Total solutions for lighting poles production processes
Recently, Ermaksan has produced 14 meters laser and 14.2 meters press brakes. Both machines which are produced specifically for the needs of a Moroccan customer for producing lighting poles, work integrated with a process for the complete solution.
The laser cutting machine was designed and produced in 14 meters length and 2.6 meters width size according to customer needs. It equipped with a 4-kW laser source, 2 units ER 6000 filtration system, bevel cutting capability up to 45° and automatic shuttle table; Yes, you did not hear wrong, even though the cutting table of this machine is 14 meters, its total length is 32 meters.
A 14.2m x 1000-ton power press, which will carry out the bending processes of this special solution. This heavy-duty press brake has been designed and manufactured in accordance with the customer's pole bending project. The bending processes will be made in the heavy-duty press brake in order to transform the parts cut at an angle in the laser cutting machine into lighting poles. It was designed as a double tandem to provide ease of use and low energy consumption. It equipped with a 1000 mm special throat depth, 1000 mm daylight, and 2 axis back gauge system.
